1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. First-party cookies are set by the website you visit. Some are removed when your browser session ends; others have an expiry date. Browser storage technologies may serve similar purposes.
2. Cookies used by this website
Authentication cookies are set when authentication endpoints or sign-in flows are used; they are not all required when simply reading public reports. The inventory below describes the application configuration. Hosting providers or an external identity provider can set additional cookies within their own services.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Evidzon | Keeps an authenticated user signed in | Configured session maximum of 12 hours; may refresh on activity |
| authjs.csrf-token | Evidzon | Protects authentication requests against forgery | Browser session |
| authjs.callback-url | Evidzon | Returns users to the requested page after authentication | Browser session |
| authjs.state / authjs.pkce.code_verifier / authjs.nonce | Evidzon | Protects external sign-in flows when used | Up to 15 minutes |
| ez_cookie_notice | Evidzon | Remembers that you dismissed this notice; does not record tracking consent | 180 days |
Authentication cookie names can use the __Secure- or __Host- prefix on HTTPS. Large session tokens may be split into numbered cookies. These authentication protections do not provide advertising tracking.
3. Analytics and advertising
The current application does not configure optional analytics or advertising trackers. Clicking Got it acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to marketing, analytics, or advertising. If optional trackers are introduced, this policy and the visitor controls must be updated before those trackers are enabled.
4. Managing cookies
Use Cookie information in the footer to reopen the notice. You can view, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the notice cookie makes the notice appear again; blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in or access to protected account features. Blocking cookies does not unsubscribe you from email communications.
5. Third party services
If you follow a link to another website, or use an external identity provider configured for sign-in, that service may use its own cookies and policies. No optional tracking service is enabled by dismissing this website notice.
6. Questions and updates
For privacy questions, use the contact details on our Contact page and review our Privacy Policy. We will update this policy when our cookie use changes.
